Green Life Supplier of the Year Entry Form

This category recognises suppliers who make an outstanding contribution to the WA landscape industry. Judges are looking for businesses that consistently provide high-quality, healthy plant material, demonstrate reliability, professionalism and strong industry support.

Successful entries should go beyond basic supply, showing how the business adds value to landscape professionals and projects across WA. Examples include:

• Contract growing for specific projects
• Supplying advanced or specialist plant stock
• Providing technical advice or guidance
• Supporting landscape outcomes through innovation and collaboration

Outstanding suppliers often demonstrate leadership through sustainable growing practices, water efficiency, biosecurity awareness, and participation in plant trials or the development of new or improved cultivars suited to WA conditions. Contributions to education, industry partnerships, and long-term landscape success will also be viewed favourably.

Entries should clearly explain what makes the business unique and how it supports the quality, resilience and future of WA’s landscape industry.

Category 6: Green Life Supplier of the Year

This award recognises suppliers who consistently deliver high-quality plant material and add real value to WA’s landscape industry. Judges evaluate entries based on:

1. Plant Quality & Health – Are plants healthy, vigorous, well-formed, pest- and disease-free and professionally presented?
2. Consistency & Reliability of Supply – Can the supplier reliably meet orders, specifications and deadlines?
3. Range & Suitability – Does the supplier offer a variety of plants appropriate for WA conditions and landscape needs?
4. Sustainability Practices – Are environmentally responsible practices, water efficiency and sustainable growing methods demonstrated?
5. Industry Support & Professional Service – Does the supplier provide excellent customer service, technical advice, and contribute to the landscape industry?
